Australian Sheila Finally Found
Ever since Tom Bourke started asking questions upon his arrival in Perth as to "What is a Sheila," there have been a number of varying answers. Since I was able to research this question further, having toured the Australian continent over a three week period, attached are images further defining what is a Sheila.
