Since coach's party house will be rented out soon, Tom's Superbowl party in February, 2013 was a good and successful prelude to the new Manhattan Magnum Masters Party House, a portion of which is shown below in the TV room.

It was Guy's birthday on Jan 28, 2013 (age 68) and Teresa co-funded the breakfast with Guy (age not given):
