Swim for your Life

The diagrams below are taken from a recent Mens Health article "Swim for your Life" by Jim Thornton with the below helpful illustrations on freestyle fine points (for use by our Magnum Masters that are aquatically challenged but focused and can paint by the numbers). Any comments that I might receive from the magazine I intend to refer them to my aquatically challenged attorney.
